Privacy Statement

This document sets out the rules, who „Queen-weddings“ ООД, EİK , with headquarters and address of management in. Plovdiv 4000, Southern District, str. „“ № 6, applies to website users

Personal data policy

Art. 1. (1) "Queen-weddings" Ltd. collects and processes the personal data of website users on the basis of Art. 4, take. 1, etc. 2 and t. 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act and more specifically based on the following:

User's express consent obtained;

The processing is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations, by which the individual, to which the data relates, is a country, as well as for actions, preceding the conclusion of a contract and undertaken at his request.

(2) By accepting the general conditions for using the services, provided by "Queen-weddings" OOD, Users expressly agree, that "Queen-weddings" Ltd. has the right to process their personal data, provided for the purposes of performing the services.

(3) Considered by 28.05.2018 Mr., which is the starting date of application of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council from 27 April 2016 year on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General regulation on the protection of personal data), consent to the processing of personal data is obtained from the User explicitly, in writing and for each specific case.

Art. 2. (1) "Queen-weddings" Ltd. collects and processes personal data, provided by the Users for the purposes of providing the Services, including for the following purposes:

accounting purposes;

statistical purposes;

protection of information security;

ensuring provision of the relevant service;

resolving disputes between Users and third parties;

(2) "Queen-weddings" Ltd. follows the following principles when processing the personal data of Users.

legality and good faith;

precise determination of the purposes of the processing;

relevance to the purposes of the processing;

accuracy and timeliness

consent of the Users for data processing.

Art. 3. (1) "Queen-weddings" Ltd. does not collect or process personal data, and Users do not provide personal data, who:

reveal racial or ethnic origin;

reveal political, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in political parties or organizations, associations with religious, philosophically, political or trade union purposes;

relate to health, sex life or to the human genome.

(2) Well. 1 does not apply in cases under Art. 5, take. 2 from the Personal Data Protection Act.

Art. 4. (1) When collecting and processing the Users' personal data, "Queen-weddings" OOD ensures a sufficient degree of protection in accordance with the development of information technologies against accidental or illegal destruction, or from accidental loss, from unauthorized access, modification or distribution, as well as from other illegal forms of processing.

(2) Users undertake to take due care to store and protect personal data when providing it to "Queen-weddings" OOD.

(3) Users undertake to keep their personal data up-to-date, which provide to "Queen-weddings" OOD.

Art. 5. In cases, in which the personal data is received by the User, to whom they apply, "Queen-weddings" Ltd. has the right to provide him, after a preliminary assessment of the necessity of the provision in order to ensure fair processing of the data in relation to the natural person, for each specific case, following information:

the recipients or categories of recipients, to whom the data may be disclosed;

the data on the mandatory or voluntary nature of providing the data and the consequences of refusing to provide them;

information about the right of access and the right to correct the collected data.

Art. 6. "Queen-weddings" Ltd. provides Users with access to personal data, collected in the process of providing and using the services.

Art. 7. "Queen-weddings" Ltd. provides the Commission for the protection of personal data, access to the registers kept by him and does not prevent control over the processing process.

Art. 8. "Queen-weddings" Ltd. provides the personal data of the Users of the services to state authorities after an express written order and in the cases provided by law and in the volume, which does not exceed the targets, for which they are requested.

Art. 9. After achieving the goals of processing the Users' personal data, "Queen-weddings" Ltd. destroys the data or transfers them to another personal data administrator in compliance with the requirements of Art. 25, take. 1 from the Personal Data Protection Act.

Art. 10. (1) Users have the right to access personal data, that apply to them, by sending an electronic access request to "Queen-weddings" OOD.

(2) "Queen-weddings" Ltd. provides access only to the data, relating to the relevant natural person, that sent the access request.

Art. 11. (1) The physical person, to which the data refers has the right at any time to demand from "Queen-weddings" OOD the following:

confirmation of this, whether data relating to him is processed, information for the purposes of this processing, for the categories of data and for the recipients or categories of recipients, to whom the data is disclosed;

message in understandable form, containing the personal data of the individual, which are processed, as well as any available information about their source;

information about the logic of any automated processing of personal data, relating to the natural person.

(2) The physical person, whose data is processed, has the right to demand the actions under para. 1 for free, at most once to each 12 the month.

Art. 12. The physical person, whose data is processed by "Queen-weddings" OOD has the right at any time to request from "Queen-weddings" OOD the following:

to delete, correct or block his personal data, the processing of which does not meet the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act;

to notify third parties, to whom his personal data was disclosed, for each deletion, correction or blocking, carried out in accordance with the above sentence, except in cases, when this is impossible or involves excessive effort.

Art. 13. (1) The requests, sent to "Queen-weddings" OOD according to this policy, must contain at least the following:

Name, address and other data to identify the relevant natural person;

description of the request;

preferred form of providing the information;

signature, date of submission of the application and address for correspondence.

Art. 14. (1) "Queen-weddings" Ltd. decides on the request of the individual according to Art. 13, take. 1 up to 14 working days from its submission.

(2) The term under para. 1 may be extended by "Queen-weddings" Ltd. to 30 working days, when a longer term is objectively required for the collection of all requested data and this seriously complicates the activity of "Queen-weddings" OOD.

(3) "Queen-weddings" Ltd. notifies the natural person in writing, made the request for its satisfaction or refused the satisfaction of the request with reasons. The notification is sent by "Queen-weddings" OOD to the individual by mail with return receipt or in person against a signature.

(4) The lack of notification by "Queen-weddings" OOD to the individual under this article will be considered a waiver.

Art. 15. The physical person, to which the data relates, is entitled to the following:

to object to "Queen-weddings" OOD against the processing of his personal data if there is a legal basis for this; when the objection is justified, the personal data of the relevant individual can no longer be processed;

to object to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes;

to be notified, before his personal data are disclosed for the first time to third parties or used on their behalf for the purposes of item. 2, being given an opportunity to object to such disclosure or use.

Art. 16. (1) The individual agrees, that "Queen-weddings" OOD has the right to store information or obtains access to information, stored in the terminal device of the recipient of the services, which "Queen-weddings" OOD offers.

(2) "Queen-weddings" OOD provides the recipient of the service with the opportunity at any time to obtain information about the data stored in the end device. The relevant natural person exercises this right by sending an e-mail inquiry to "Queen-weddings" OOD and by identification by means of an identity card.

(3) In case, that the individual has not expressly objected to the storage of information or access to the information, stored in the end device, "Queen-weddings" Ltd. has the right to perform these actions. The natural person can send a written objection by e-mail to "Queen-weddings" OOD.
