General terms of use of the website www.queen-weddings.com.

I. SUBJECT

Art. 1. (1) These general conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between „Queen-weddings“ ООД, EİK (called for brevity „Queen Weddings“) and Website Visitors https://queen-weddings.com (called for short "The Site").

(2) By accessing and loading the site, Visitors agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes to them, by committing to comply with them.

Art. 3. The Queen Weddings site provides visitors with information on Queen Weddings activity and services, as well as access to published news and materials.

III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Art. 4. (1) All publications on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Queen Weddings and are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, and they may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of Queen Weddings.

(2) The images on the Queen Weddings Site and other visual elements, constituting intellectual property of Queen Weddings may not be used or reproduced in any way by third parties without the prior written consent of Queen Weddings.

(3) Any unauthorized use of the materials, published on the Site, without permission of Queen Weddings, is a violation, for which the offender brings civil, administrative-penal and criminal liability in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.

Art. 5. (1) Queen Weddings does not allow the use in any way of content of the site by visualization of all or part of the materials, published in it, at friend site.

(2) Linking to materials on the Site from other sites is permitted, if it is done in accordance with good morals and commercial practice and if the referencing and the manner in which the reference is presented do not create doubt as to Queen Weddings' authorship of the materials, so Visitors are not misled.

IV. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Art. 6. (1) Queen Weddings takes measures to protect the personal data of Visitors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Policy, announced on its website.

(2) Queen Weddings does not send identifying information to third parties and does not require visitors to register to use the Site.

(3) When providing personal data through the Site, Visitors agree to receive the newsletter (newsletter), sent by Eveda to the email address provided by them for correspondence.

(4) Considered by 28.05.2018 Mr., which is the starting date of application of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council from 27 April 2016 year on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General regulation on the protection of personal data), consent to the processing of personal data is obtained from the Visitor explicitly, in writing and for each specific case.

V. AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Art. 7. (1) These General Terms and Conditions may be amended by Eveda at any time, as Eveda promptly publishes the amended General Terms and Conditions on the Site, along with a message to Visitors about the changes made.

(2) Changes to these Terms and Conditions have action for all visitors to the site from the moment of their announcement by Queen Weddings.

VI. Limiting liability

Art. 8. (1) Queen Weddings provides access to the content of the Site as such, as is and does not guarantee, that the guidelines in the materials on the Site lead to the results intended by the Visitors.

(2) Queen Weddings is not responsible for damages and missed benefits of visitors, caused by materials published on the Site.

(3) Queen Weddings is not liable for damages, caused by Visitors to third parties as a result of the use of the Site and the materials contained therein.

VII. OTHER PROVISIONS

Art. 9. Visitors to the Site undertake to comply with ethical norms and not to damage the reputation of Queen Weddings when using the Site and the materials contained therein.

Art. 10. For questions not settled in these general terms and conditions, related to the implementation and interpretation of this contract, the provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.

Art. 11. These general terms and conditions come into force for all Site Visitors as of 01.01.2018 g.
